Postpartum Support offers tailored guidance and care for families in the early stages of parenthood. This comprehensive support blends newborn care basics, feeding guidance, nourishing snacks, household rhythm support, and emotional well-being check-ins. This package includes: 20 hours of support tailored to your family’s needs Newborn care basics — guidance for feeding, soothing, and daily care Feeding support — whether breast/chest, bottle, or combination feeding Nourishing snacks/light meal prep Text support during the week for questions and reassurance between visits Before your baby arrives, you’ll also receive a free 30-minute Prenatal Consultation (in person or virtual). During this time, we’ll talk about the areas of support that matter most to you—whether that’s physical recovery, meal prep, or newborn care—and map out our scheduled visits together. Payment options: cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo.
