This supportive mini course is designed for first-time parents and covers Postpartum recovery, newborn care, and emotional wellness. Learn to build a support plan, use comfort measures, soothe your baby, and recognize signs of PMADs. Private sessions are available virtually or in-person, tailored to meet you where you are.
